About StrongHouse Universal
The StrongHouse Universal Aqua Homes, located in Wallaceburg, Ontario Canada use Metal Building Systems (MBS) technology which is unique in the industry. They are built of light galvanized structural steel in a RIGID FRAMING style that produces minimal waste, and renders them hurricane and earthquake resistant. Standing seam roofing and siding are standard with all of our models, as well as steel door frames. All windows are Energy Star rated double pane, and argon gas filled. Approximately R30 insulation is included throughout and our hulls are a composite and steel combination because our homes are designed to be on the water all four seasons in Canada. A shower, water filtration system, and eco-waterless 12V toilet are regular components of the interior system. Our designs pay attention to cross ventilation and convection currents to increase the sustainability of our models which have efficient heat pump systems when additional temperature regulation is needed.
